Should these criteria be successfully met, funds will be reimbursed to the cardholder’s credit or debit card.
Goods posted by us will carry the requisite insurance, and we advise you (the customer) to cover any goods returned to us with the same. We will not hold any responsibility for goods being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit.
Should you receive goods that are faulty on initial inspection and wish to exchange them for a replacement, we will not charge a delivery fee.
Postage will not be refunded on items returned which are not faulty.
